X-Rays Diffraction (XRD)
The diffraction of X-rays is based on the elastic scattering of electromagnetic wave by the crystalline plans of the sample.
This technique supplies information on the reticular constants, the elements of symmetry, the density electronic, the phases present.
It is possible to identify the single peaks present in the spectrum, being correlated to the element or crystallin phase that have generated them.
