He gains his degree in Materials Science in 2000 at the Sciences Faculty at the
University of Torino.
From 2001 to 2004 he attends the Materials Science Doctorate at the Laboratory of Metallurgy,
University of Torino. His PhD thesis is about "Calculation of phase diagrams, thermophysical
properties and phase transformations of glass-forming alloys and a
Ni-base superalloy�.
After the doctorate he works at the University of Torino as a post-doc fellowship
in the framework of several EU, national and regional research projects. His research activity
is mainly related to mathematical modelling and simulation of materials properties.
He is author and coauthor of more than 15 scientific publications on national and international
journals. He is collaborating with several national and international universities and
research centers.
